i wanna know why in the mother fucking hell my computer clock shows military time :/ i noticed this when at 1:00pm it showed 13:00. :/ how do i change it back?

NEVERMIND!! :D i figured it out. i think i fixed it. i hope. but it's baffling to why it happened in the first place.
